The A cappella festival 10-13 September

Are Warren interested in being part of the A cappella festival at the Seymour Centre from Wed 10th – Sat 13th September. I dont know what the time committment would be.

It is the week between the Marrickville festival and the Fiesta. If we could use the same material for all three it would be fine BUT we may take advantage of a using a band at Fiesta which changes things a bit. We’ll see. So it would be a heavy month of choir activity.

Do we have it in us?

Fiona's first posting to Warren BLOG

Hi Warren
Dont know what you'll think of this blog. I wondered whether it would be good for discussions about say repertoire, uniform, afternoon tea.... rather than using reply-all emails. Actually I copied the notion from the Sydney Pop Choir blog.
So Rustum with just a few keyboard clicks has set this up for us. So there is an up side to him being at uni learning this sort of thing rather than cracking jokes in the basses.
Only catch is that I am the only one who can initiate a discussion. But once a "post" is created, anyone can then comment - and create the discussion thread.
I propose we test it out now with my second post - about singalong songs for Joyce's nursing home.

The first Warren blog post

Shall we use this for groups discussions etc?
